Someone plese let me know if this is enough protein

5ft 7 in
Currently weigh 142 lbs
Goal weight 135 lbs (on 12 week cut)
1750 cals intake (everyday regardless of gym sessions or not)

Goal for protein grams is 142 but can barely make it over 105g lately. How concerned should I be? I can try harder to hit my goal.. but that would mean less treats (hot Cheetos, ice cream, etc.) which is what's keeping me as sane as I can be during this cut.

Cardio 2x a week
lifting 3-4x a week

Where did you get that goal? It seems high relative to your total weight.

http://www.health.com/nutrition/how-much-protein-per-dayTo get your personal protein "RDA," multiple the number 0.36 by your weight in pounds. (For a sedentary 150-pound woman, that would be 54 grams.) Double it if you're very active or aiming for "optimal protein.

I would imagine your goals are to preserve as much muscle as possible while you cut?

I would say anywhere from 0.8-1g per lean body mass or goal weight would be a good number to aim for. So 105g should be fine. Do you know your bodyfat % approximately? I would say the leaner you are and more steep the deficit, the more protein you will need. I personally aim for 1g bodyweight or more (also helps with satiety too)

Yes. I should of said that, my bad! I wish I knew my body fat % but I don't so I only ever go by total body weight. Thanks for the info! I'll keep trying to eat more to reach my goal.
