I want to get to 10-12% body fat

I'm 38 251 workout doing StrongLifts 5x5 3 times a week for about 2 months now and am adding in cardio and calorie counting in hopes of seeing all the progress I've made underneath this layer of fat. My end goal is to do a masters bodybuilding competition when I hit 40. My diet is mostly keto as I'm just a all around better person when I'm off carbs and sugars. I'm excited for this next journey to bettering myself and getting lean and healthy 2aaipqozhfpl.jpg

    Add me as friend Jamison. I'm on a quest to lose weight and drop my fat% as well. I'm at 18.6% and shooting for 14% by October 14th (big race coming up 10/21) trying to lose another 17lbs as well. Open journal. Cheers man!

    I also eat very low carb and my target is 10% BF on Dexa. I'm less than 10 lbs. away.
