what i mean is i started this last week and then life got in way but my life is about doing what matters and this is just a few seconds of my day so I will not fade away from this but everyday resolve to do, like every day listening to a motivational speech I know its good for me but do i do it...ugh no! So I have to change that no to yes..everyday yes monitor weight, yes monitor food ..yes FITNESS PAL..I have to not make excuses..no fade aways.....yes not no ..no but's or becauses ...just yes Do ACTION instead INACTION..it takes no time..to help myself..

I motivate myself by having simple, actionable habits that dovetail into effortless routines - for instance, drinking two cups of water as I use the bathroom in the morning, then weigh myself and log it, plan and eat food I like in appropriate amounts, schedule grocery shopping and shop according to meal plan, making room for the usual expected and recurring events that otherwise would throw me off track, exercise moderately and whenever I feel like it, which isn't often, but enough to stay fit and healthy.

I used to struggle with my weight by trying to motivate myself to do "everything right" and not asking any questions; I've lost 50 pounds and kept them off for almost three years by questioning everything and do as I want.
