All muscle is lean,how it looks will be based on genetics.
Anyways, have a small surplua, get around 80 to 100g of protein, and follow a progressive resistance program (you can find a list in the stickies).
Also recognize that as you gain weight, you gain fat as well, so you might have to cut after and repeat until you are happy with your body.1 -
Thank you. I seem to build it fast. 80 gram of protein would be easy to hit if I plan meals. How many calories do you I'll need a day. I have fast metabolism and walk loads most day's and I like to run but will probably have to reduce running to make time for lifting0

Enter your information into the settings on here and then pick gain .5 pounds per week. It will give you a number of calories. If after a few weeks of eating that amount you aren't gaining add another 200 or so until you start gaining.2 -

This is the approach I would take or run a TDEE calculator. And then adjust calories after 2-3 weeks if you are not gaining.1 -
I've been watching a guy under the username "simnett nutrition" on YouTube. He is a calisthenics (with some added weights) athlete who sticks to a vegan/plant based diet. He does some "what I eat in a day" vlogs, recipes, workout plans, etc.1

There are several plant based youtubers around. NaturallyStephanie is good, she did a Vegan Bulk series a little while ago;
