Help me!!

Hey! Just started on my 'weight loss journey' again after loosing a fair bit if weight over the last couple of years. I've maintained the same weight for a year or so but started dieting again recently & have lost 10lbs so far, however, I'm really starting to struggle to loose any more!!

Any tips? I work long, odd hours at the minute so it's hard for me to get to the gym so any exercise which I can do at home would be great :-)

Going on holiday in 4 weeks & would be thrilled if I could drop a few pounds before I go!
