Keto Testing

Hello All,
This is my first time keto testing and I've tested in the large amounts of Keto range. I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on if I should be in the moderate range or if the high range is good. I have been on the diet for almost 2 weeks and I feel fantastic. I just want to make sure that what I'm doing will not hurt my body. Thank you for any insight!

From as much as I know, having a light amount is still being into ketosis. My sticks used to come out dark and lately it's been "small" yet I haven't increased my carbs and am still losing weight.1
