Struggling- Just left Weight Watchers

I did really well the first few weeks, but I've been struggling the last few days. I was on WW for YEARS with little to no progress and I prefer MFP. I'm missing the support of that community though. I'm looking for people to follow/friend and for some advice about how to add in some indulgences whole counting calories. :)

    You can friend me if you like. :smiley: As far as indulgences, I plan ahead so I can check the calories and know how they fit into my day. I usually snack on dry cereal, popcorn, string cheese, and veggie dogs, but I make room for red licorice or chocolate-covered almonds in moderation.

    Basically, I plan my meals first and fit the snacks/treats around them.

    U can friend me. Similar to the above poster. I basically plan my entire day out the night before. And I rarely cheat. If I think about it, I just can't bring myself to log it, and I MUST log it before I eat it. So I just don't eat it.
    Rule one. ... you must log everything.

    You can friend me too. I also left Weight Watchers after many years because it wasn't working for me anymore. When they changed the program this last time I had no success! Did not compliment with the way I like to eat which is everything in moderation. I like MFP because it puts me in complete control! And calories don't lie!
