Well, I'm back, and up to an all time high on the scale. Why do I keep my head in the sand, eat what I want, never weigh in and expect good results?? Here we go, let's do this!!!

Welcome back! Make small, attainable goals for yourself. Keep a positive mindset, don't expect to lose the weight in a short amount of time and try and keep to the calorie goals MFP gives you. It definitely takes motivation to get started, but dedicating and stubbornness to keep at it long term.1

You're here - that means you're on the right path! Just start by logging everything. Even when you don't want to. It helps if you find some lower calorie foods which are real treats for you, so you don't feel like you're suffering by not eating your usual way. And find some activity you enjoy to earn a few more calories. Best of luck to you!0
