Best thing to eat after an hour of body pump?

    I do an hour class of pump or spin before breakfast 4 days/week. MWF it's 0530 and I eat breakfast once I get to work at 730. If I'm hungry while showering etc I'll drink water; once I get to work I just have my regular weekday breakfast, usually a Larabar or Wegmans Wholesum. On Saturday, I come home and have my normal weekend breakfast: two eggs, two slices bacon, one slice whole wheat toast.
    If your workout isn't natually followed by a meal (I just like getting my workout over with for the day) then you could try a little chocolate milk and see if that peps you up or if you need to move a meal or snack to follow the workout.
