I have a 6m old little girl and am struggling to lose weight. It's pre pregnancy weight. 150lbs to go. I can do the eating, but can't find the time or energy for exercise! Anyone else?

You exercise. You just don't realize it. Who washes the sheets? Mops? Vaccums? Goes grocery shopping? Takes the baby for a stroller walk? Goes to the zoo or the park?
Next time you go to walmart, get a food scale. It makes this place rock. Log every single bite you eat. IF you are breastfeeding, don't forget to add 500 daily calories to the number MFP gives you. Log religiously for one full month without skipping a day - you'll see results.
