Could anybody help decoding the calorie count please? Thank you.

    It looks like 63.8 to me but for how long you went it doesn't sound accurate at all.

    ETA you can guess about 100/calories per mile (unless you are very heavy) so I'd just estimate it at 320 calories

    It's a second hand one and I haven't got the instructions. I walked 49 minutes at 4.5 speed, I lowered the speed so I can take the picture.
