Happy Friday Community! Getting ready to role into the weekend, and the high chances of "cheat days" I want you to do something for me; kind of a little challenge. If you are like me and make your weekend days one of your longest excercise days (mine is usually Saturday morning-early) or Sunday afternoon than I want you to do a little extra! Extra mile, extra 10 mins, that mini session of stretching, etc. If you don't make these your days than, pick one day and take an hour walking, running, hiking, biking, etc! Just do it :-)! Do it for you! Do it for your goal!!! I take my dog
