I've been doing keto for close to a month. Like most people I had a huge weight loss in the first two weeks. Close to 15lbs. In the last 3 weeks I've stalled out with almost no loss. Losing and gaining the same 1lb. I keep adjusting calories. I went from around 1700 Cal to 1400 calories and still nothing. My macros are 5% carb, 70%fat and 25% protien. My weight at start was 236. I'm now at 219-220. I've done searches for what my Cal intake should be, I had figured around 1500 cal is ideal. I'm close to giving up. Why deny myself carbs if I'm not losing weight either way?
