Hello!

New here and just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm not just starting my weight loss journey, but I was on another tracker app and didn't feel like it was really helping. So here I am! I started out at 195 two months ago and am down to 186, with a goal weight of 140. I'm trying a moderately low carb diet and adding more exercise as the weather finally cools enough here in Texas to actually get outside and walk/jog. I hope this finds all of you having a wonderful day!
