Take a break, nothing wrong with that. Look at your previous days and eat the same things, use portion control and practice what you learned so far. Or log during the week and skip during the weekends.0

As others have said logging in advance is a great way to go as is using the recipe and meal functions. It is a bit of work to begin with but before long logging takes no time at all and it is definately time well spent when it comes to weight control.
Psst, another reason I Iike logging in advance is because I put down what I want to eat at the beginning of the day and then know how hard to hit the exercise to burn the desired calories to achieve the goal. It is great motivation to keep me active, especially if I can finish the day with some dark chocolate.0
