So as we know fall is coming up ( and so will weight ) lol Anyways What are some of your goals and we can use this page of the next couple of weeks ? Just asking ? Maybe also give suggestions on how to stick like glue on ww plan ( if you have any )? Please Share ...

I love your Holiday goals . " You can do this " Just a few tips for now : if you feel bored find something fun to do ... If you're craving something salty or sweet Fix a smoothie . I won't be doing anything different than I've been doing...eating well, cycling a lot, lifting some weights, and rock climbing...
I don't usually put on any weight until well into winter...I love the fall and it's my favorite time of the year to be out on my bike. This winter I hope to keep things in check as I have purchased an indoor cycle trainer to get me through the cold months.1 -
I find it easier to lose in the fall and winter months. I usually have less plans on the weekends, in summer I have plans almost every weekend and I pick and have a glass of wine or 2.
My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of October.2 -
