I'm new to this and I've been trying to become healthier for a while now. There's lots of things I don't know and I'm always open to suggestions and discussion. I'm trying to get down to 200lbs and I'm wanting to do a pull up! I'm a navy wife and music student so there's a lot of hurry up and wait, and go, go, go. It would be great if I could make some friends to help me stay on track. Thanks!
