Under my macros and still gaining weight

Hi, recently I've been hitting or just under my macros split, I've been doing my cardio plus heavy resistance training but I'm gaining weight. I've recently started taking creatine and protein shakes to get to my recommended protein intake, don't know if that's why because I'm new to the whole supplement game.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this

    Creatine supps notorious for water retention. Drop the creatine

    Creatine dose not make you hold water. You taking too much protein shake. Drop the shake and eat real food.

    Depends on the creatine. If its Micro, then it doesnt hold the water. It can cause some water retention but not that massive. Its alot more to it then that. You need the protein, but hows your fats,carbs, sugars, etc? If its losing weight you are trying to accomplish, I would drop the creatine for now. Just rule that out. Hows your workouts? What type of workout are you doing?

    Could be that you are just building muscle while losing fat.Try to focus on how you look in the mirror, rather than the scale.
