Does anyone use a fitbit? I know it syncs with my fitness pal, but since it automatically does the steps. What if we go walking for excise. ...do we count that as extra?

If you sync your fitbit to mfp it will pick up all of your steps, walking exercise or otherwise. It's set and forget.1
