I just moved into a new place with my girlfriend and I've lost 32.5 lbs in a sort time!!!
I used to be over 300 lbs and I wanted a change in my life so I decided to start watching what I eat and started walking again. Now I'm 275 lbs and enjoying life. I have a long way to go until I reach my goal, but I know I can do it.

Congrats! You're looking great. When you have a lot to lose, it's common to loose very quickly at first and then have the weight loss slow down as you get lighter. Be careful about losing too fast in the long-term. The low-calories needed to sustain such a high rate of loss are dangerous for you, and if you continue to lose too quickly, you'll lose lots of muscle in addition to the fat. Not only does this affect metabolism and health (your heart is a muscle), but you probably won't like the way your body looks. The recommended, safe rate of weight loss is no more than 2 pounds per week.
Welcome to MFP, my friend. :flowerforyou:1
