My previous post was uploaded incomplete. I'm new to this so idk what went wrong.
So I decided to join the army reserves and I can't go to basic training until I meet the minimum weight requirement & this is something I'm very eager to do. I've always had a problem with gaining weight or keeping the weight on. I currently weight 91 lbs. I weighed 97 prior to this but, I've been going through a lot in the past weeks so the stress didn't help my appetite. Could someone give me some tips and advice on what are good protein powders, exercises and foods to help this process? I know it takes some time but, the faster I can do this the better.

To put weight on, you need to make a consistent effort to eat more, of anything - this will likely involve logging to ensure you're eating enough. Once you've hit your goal, you'll probably have to continue logging to maintain your weight and not continue with your usual pattern of losing.

I would suggest getting in to weight training as well, so that you can grow some muscle and not just put on fat.

I had the same problem many years ago. Eat more, peanut butter was my best friend. Good luck and drink a few big cups of water before they weigh you.

Nuts. You can carry them and snack on them constantly.
