What was the most amount of weight you've ever lost in one month and how did you do it? I basically want to be fit and lose this weight asap, but I want to do it the healthy way. I have 60 lbs to lose overall, so any tips on what worked for you would be appreciated. What workouts did you do and what was your diet like?
Thanks!
Thanks!

i had a total of 38 pounds to lose..have lost 21 of them in a period of 4 months..all at a very slow pace(on purpose) But the most i have lost in a month i guess would be 8 in the first month(ofcourse, water weight) and 6 last month(this took me totally by surprise..as it was mine and my daughters birthday and we attended quite a few parties)..yay me!!0

Wow that's amazing! Congratulations on your weight loss! I hope I'll be able to lose around that much during this coming up month (August). My goal is to lose at least 6 lbs. If you can, I'm sure I can too! Thanks and keep up the great work!0 -

I've only been on here a little over a month so I'd say 13 pounds, but I think some of that at the beginning was just water weight.
I didn't do much except follow my doc's suggestion on eating low carb and more lean protein, keeping up with my calorie intake, doing at least 15 mins of cardio a day (I actually do at least 30 mins), and adding strength training to build muscle in order to burn more calories.0 -
12 pounds when I had over 50 to lose, eating 1200 calories a day and was in the second month of C25K.0

I once lost 13lbs in a month (and I wasn't really overweight....only on the higher spectrum of the healthy BMI). I was undereating and doing interval trainings of 1h 4 times a week. In final, I lost 23lbs in 3months but gained it all back later, because well, it was stupidly unsustainable and unhealthy.0

Well my biggest weight loss in a month was 30lbs. I didn't do it on purpose and I was eating like a pig trying to slow it down but it just kept coming off like that. I was working a very physical job outside in sub-zero temperatures. So it's really unlikely for me to do that again! I was also only 18! But that is the fastest I have ever lost that amount of weight let alone the amount of food I was eating while doing it! I think I was eatting like 4-5000 calories a day. I ended up losing a total of 60lbs over 2 1/2 months
Oh I wanted to add that I kept that weight off until I got the depo shot 5 years later.0
