This is a great site to get yourself back on track with a healthy lifestyle if you will use it every day. I have had great success, though still several pounds away from my original goal, but feel good and look so much better, that I am not letting those get me down! I cut out white flour, white sugar and typically just shop the perimeter of the grocery store to avoid processed foods as much as possible. I am sure you will find what works best for you!0

Welcome to the best site on the web for losing weight. Just honestly write down every bite that passes your lips and read the posts, blogs, and diary's of people who are losing. Great information here. The food data base is huge and now they have a recipe calculator, so cool.0

Do what you can to stay motivated. The hardest part for me is getting the motivation to not give up. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up and not bring you down!0
