Which device is more accurate when burning calories, the equipment or the android device. The spinning bike said 180 calories but my s3 watch said 480. I trust the equipment.
Need feedback
thanks

Wow that's quite a swing. Whichever one is taking into account your age, height and weight is probably the most accurate.

That's too vague as "equipment" varies enormously from very accurate to hopeless.

How is the Spinning bike estimating your calories? (Power meter displaying in watts?)

    What duration was your session?

Easy or hard? Intervals or steady state?

What standard of fitness are you?

Age and height are completely irrelevant for indoor cycling, weight is only relevant when doing standing cycling as that's when a non-weight bearing exercise become a weight bearing exercise.
