Fixing APT

So it was only recently that I figured out I have a slight anterior pelvic tilt. I found both stretches and lifts that I'm planning to incorporate to help fix the issue. Both of the youtubers I've used their content in the past.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-CrEi0ymMg - Has a lift
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEn61BL4Nwk - Has stretches.
So the stretches I figure I can do every day. How often should I do the lift though?
Should i essentially just treat it as accessory work, and plug it in the days I'm not otherwise doing anything?
Anyone else manage to fix APT on their own, and can give an idea about typically how long this might take to remedy?
As of right now I'm still on a cut, but plan on switching to a bulk in the next month or 2. Hopefully trying to remedy this BEFORE i start gaining, if that's all possible.
