I belong to a fb group for pple who had the gastric sleeve. Offering to be a support on here for anyone else who had gastric sleeve and would like to share ideas, support and encouragement. Feel free to friend me.

    Hi. I'm only on day 2 of my pre-surgery all liquid diet. My surgery is scheduled for Oct 5th.

    I had surgery on 10/5.. Today is my first day back to eating pureed food.. Looking for a few friends on here to help compare and support in my new life.. :)

    Has sleeve on 6/26/17. Am down 61 lbs. from 318 to cw of 257. Lots to go but lots accomplished. Am here to get encouragement and to give encouragement.

    I had my surgery on October 25th and I'm slowly returning to my bad habits. I want to follow a ketogenic way of eating
