Apparently my TDEE is 2252. I am new to this, MFP is telling me to eat 1410 cals. I guess that puts me at a 500 deficit, and then 500 for the calories burned that I set at 30mins 2x a week? I am looking to up exercise soon but I am working on finding more time. Does this sound right?

Different websites are getting all different TDEE for me even when I put in the exact same info. Caloric intake for weight loss is ranging from 1410(MFP) up to 2000! all with a 1.5 week goal.

I believe TDEE-20% is 1 lb a week goal loss. That would make your cut 1800ish give or take a bit. It includes your exercise though. MFP does not include exercise when it tells you to eat 1400ish. If you eat back your exercise calories as the system is designed you should find that you're fairly close to the 1800 number. They tend to even out I find.

Your TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure, but MFP does not use TDEE. MFP uses your BMR + NEAT as a calorie goal.
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the number of calories you would burn every day to maintain your weight if you were in a coma. NEAT (Non Exercise Associated Thermogenesis) is the calories you burn doing everyday activities that aren't designated exercise: walking, cleaning, moving things, standing, sitting, etc. In MFP you are supposed to input exercise and eat back those calories. If you'd rather use TDEE, you can calculate your TDEE and set a custom calorie goal, but if you choose this method, don't input exercise into MFP
