Century Mark

Yesterday, I hit the 100 pound mark. I'm not sure if I should be proud or embarrassed by the fact I let myself go so far away. I began this mission at the start of March of this year. I've had good days, bad days, but I've plugged away at it. People constantly ask what type of diet I'm on. They seem amazed when I tell them I'm not dieting. I've changed the way I eat, look at food and have been consistent with going to the gym.
I have another 50 pounds to go and I hope I get there.

You should be proud of yourself!!! You are doing a wonderful job! And if you want to lose another 50, you're already two thirds there!0
