Where did you lose fat when you began losing?

First place I noticed any change was my arms and fingers. It wasn't a visually obvious difference, but the rings my husband got me for my 30th birthday earlier this year started to fall off in my sleep, and shirts that were previously snug around my arms loosened up.0

Moobs (good thing), face, neck, arms, legs. Gut is the last to go and really the only place I'm carrying too much right now.0

Neck, shoulders, back. Belly and legs are my most stubborn and the real problem areas. I haven't seen much change in both even after losing 17 pounds. Just gone softer/squishy1

Well all my exercise has been focussed on lower body, lots of walking, cross trainer, cycling, legs bums and tums classes so naturally the first part of my body to show noticeable change was my bust.
Which was one part of me that was actually pretty modest in the first place and a particular slap in the face as I just invested in my lingerie drawer and treated myself to some quality bras.0 -
Face, boobs, hips, a little of thighs progressing. Waist, upper and lower abdomen being really stubborn.0

I don't notice anything at all. My mother says my face looks less puffy in my cheeks. So i guess my face??0

Interesting thread, thanks for asking the question! Been doing MFP for 35 days. Haven't taken measurements since starting, but for me, it comes off in the reverse order that it came on. So, the last place I tend to gain is upper abs, that has gone down, then sides of abs. Weird, right?! Still got the post menopausal pooch. Sigh. And, I've noticed that right above my knees is starting to let go of some fat.
Don't recall being able to lose the saddlebags. Ever. But I'm working with heavier weights this time and "In it to win it." Or lose it, as the case may be.
BTW, my scale at home measures body fat, and yes, I realize that could be off, but I'm using it anyway.
My goal is fat loss rather than weight loss. Started at 28.1% fat. Will reassess when I get to 22%. RIght now about 26%. (On a business trip, so haven't weighed in a week.)
And yes, I stick with my 1500 calorie limit (brought my food scale!) even though my long time friend lives here and we're eating out each night.
Tracking away from home is difficult to do, but not impossible.1 -
