Moving day!

I am glad to be moving for more then one reason. It's an easy move, one truck-load, plus what's left in my sister car. 99% of what I own is in boxes, small boxes and easy to carry. But the bending, stretching and walking back and forth(half uphill)for probably 2 hours is going to be great exercise. For me, give me that over a gym, LOL! Although, I do love working out on machines when I am settled in and can afford it;) Swimming is my fave.
Maybe this should go under "encouragement" because I haven't gotten in the swing of regular "exercise" of any type but have still pretty much mastered the calorie thing and water. But I do want to be as firmed up as gravity allows;) But I wanted gals and guys to know and remember how much is burned in daily-type work. If your work out at a gym, but clean your house for an hour, don't forget to log those calories as well. I think it was something like 100 calories burned with steady cleaning(non-stop)for an hour. Give or take, can't remember back to last Friday, LOL!! If you are hurrying through the mall or just hurrying, getting your heart pumped up, your burning;) In my opinion;)
Best to all and talk with you when my internet is hooked back up. At work I can use the breakroom puters to check in so I will try and do that. May not get my food logged though but have to try. I should have internet soon as I am allowed to use the signal off my landlords. We'll see if I can pick it up.
