Setback on the road.

We are moving across country and today for dinner I had a hardee's 1/3 pound thick burger topped by mushrooms and swiss with a side of large curly fries. It put me 800 calories over for the day. Not super happy that I did it but I feel like it was inevitable with the chaos of being on the road and my routine being shot to heck. On the positive side dinner was pretty tasty and I am pretty far along on my weight loss journey (57 lbs down the last time I weighed in), so I should be able to take this hit as long as I'm back on the horse tomorrow.

I encourage you to view it as normal life not a setback. You're prob at or slightly above maintenance even with the extra 800 cals, right?1
