Minimal working out 2 weeks

Hi, everyone! I have had 2 workouts altogether in the past two weeks and three days due to wisdom teeth surgery and a cold. I am in recovery for EDNOS still so I'm a bit panicked. Diet has been adequate. Body measurements haven't changed. And weight has fluctuated between 115 and 120 lbs, but I'm currently my normal ultimate GW of 115 lbs. I've had a few day cheat days. Should I expect a decrease in muscle mass, and a decrease in strength when I return to the gym tomorrow? Did I gain body fat?

Don't worry about it. You've been laid up. Sometimes when I've been off I come back stronger, sometimes a tad weaker, sometimes certain things are better and others not as good. You just go and do the best you can on that day. 25% of workouts suck, 25% are awesome, and the rest are ok.0
