If anyone has any experience with eating Vegan Keto I would love to see what items you eat and what Macro values you use. Thanks! :)
I have found roasted pumpkin seeds or Pepitas are high fat low carb and work well as a snack. If I ate meat it would be very easy for me to do keto but since I do not it is a challenge. I currently have my carbs around 92 a day. I know that isn't low enough yet but I am definitely losing weight. I would love to get it lower but it's just not enough calories. I am looking for others that may have info on this. Thanks! :)

When i was i keto diet, i used to eat some peanut butter, peanuts itself and almonds too (never drank almond milk dough coz is some expensive thing here). Those grains are high in fat and proteins and normaly low carbs. Ever heard of keto coffie? Its hard in the beggining to get used to but its surely a nice 300-400 calories breakfast. Mayonese is not something doctors approve but its a nice source of proteins and fat for your keto, in my op. Just keep in track that keto foods are really dense in calories, specially peanuts (my favorites): 11 peanuts are like 100calories already!

To lose weight, you have to eat less. Maybe you just don't want to eat less? We humans can be really inventive to avoid things we don't want to do, and combining two mutually exclusive ways of eating is almost impossible. Eating less doesn't have to be torture, but you have to accept that you need to eat less.
