Is it okay to exercise while pregnant? I'm am about 9 weeks tomorrow and I want to start working out is it okay.

Generally you shouldn't start a new exercise program when pregnant. It's generally safe to continue an already existing program at least through the first trimester.
Check with your OB before doing anything you didn't already do before.4 -

Congratulations and definitely check with your doctor first. It will not be impossible for you to continue to exercise late into your pregnancy. I know a lot of women including myself who did just that. Your body will tell you when it is too much0
