Anyone have an easy sausage n pepper recipe they love? Thank you!

    Options
    Slice sausage into chunks; maybe half inch thick. Slice onions and peppers into long strips. Cook the sausage slowly over medium-low heat; after a bit of fat has rendered add the veggies and cook until desired level of tenderness is reached. If you want the sausage browned remove the veggies from the pan, turn up the heat, and cook the sausage to desired level of browned.
