Couch to 5k

Anyone else doing this?

I just finished Week 6 - Day 2 today, and am looking forward to tomorrow.

I am giving myself until next Spring to be ready to run a confident 5k, as right now I am only jogging at 4.0mph.

Any ideas on how to improve my speed once i have completed the program?
