Yes I have and No, it's not!! It's just a mild laxative that tastes like grass and won't do anything at all. this is from someone who shelled out a small fortune on this crap before I realised it wasn't doing anything for me at all!!

Yes and, well, it depends on your definition of effective!

The evening one is just a laxative. In that regard it was a little too effective for me!

The morning one is basically just a herbal tea with guarana.
I LOVE the taste, and am only just getting into coffee, so I buy it occasionally because I like the taste and the guarana boost.
It's green tea, mate leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion leaf and natural orange flavouring.

I'd say it's absolute nonsense as a detox or slimming thing.
But I think the morning one is tasty, so...

For weight loss: It makes you poop. So you will lose the weight of the content of your bowels.

    For detox: no.

It is sad the amount of laxative abuse that is going on and that it is becoming acceptable. Expect the number of people with intestinal issues to skyrocket

Pooping excessively is not weight loss. Laxative abuse can cause serious long term problems.
