Sober September

I had a sober birthday yesterday.
Also I got this really great tea from Mad Hat Tea Company last week that has suppressed any cravings for any drug or alcohol.
My nutrition combined with my workouts have felt so much better.
I like orange flavored teas so Rooibos what's the tea that was chosen for me.
It feels good to be clear in mind body and spirit.
Drugs and alcohol have been a battle for me for 30 years and today I'm grateful to God to have clarity because of the choices that I am making and my workouts are much better. And Clarity leads to consistency so everybody stay the course you've got this.
