    I'm in ! 210 lbs goal is 185 by 1/1/2018 . i have already lost 30 lbs since April, now going to accelerate the process, 11 weeks, need to average 2.2 lbs weight loss a week. Thats doable

    I'm joining up! Lost about 30 lbs between the beginning of July and end of September, but I've hit a plateau, and would really like to lose another 25 lbs to get to my target weight - which I want to reach by Christmas/ New Year.

    I've been told I'm being 'too optimistic' to get down to my target weight (by a very bitchy colleague) - but I'm going to give it a shot. I can do this!

    I'm currently 157 lbs. Sometimes my weight loss feels like it has completely stalled but on average, I'm losing about 1 lb or sometimes 2 lbs per week - which is reasonably steady.

    All being well, I want to weigh in at 132 lbs by New Year's Day. Fingers crossed!

    I'm in. Started on October 9th at 206.5 and have lost 2.3 so far. My ulitimate goal is to get to 165 by my birthday in August 2018.
