Not syncing with Fitbit?

My FitBit and MyFitnessPal haven't been syncing lately and it's driving me nuts! Ideas on how to fix this? All the setting are showing that they are connected. The only thing can think of is that I got a new FitBit but I though t it synced with the app not the actual watch. Any ideas?

Mine did that. I can't remember how I found what to do but I think I googled it.

If you go to Fitbit online not through app you disconnect and reconnect through there I believe and it will fix it.

Got the same probleme now. Did you were able to fix it Kasiunut? Disconnect and reconnect didnt worked and Kik is an Chat-App so it helps neither. I don't have a clue what to do

​​If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off Bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink using only the web versions of both MFP and Fitbit.
