Weight gain instead of loss??! WTF?!

All right friends I need some insight here as I'm beginning to get a bit frustrated.

It's been just shy of a month since I began working out regularly eating healthy and running a caloric deficit about 95% of the time and yet my weight has only increased?!

Last year prior to my injury while following the same plan I was dropping 1 to 2 pounds a week but here I am having the opposite result?! WTF?!!

Experiences and suggestions are greatly appreciated....

    Can you make your diary public and include some more details about the specifics of you and what you have been doing? Also, there's a pretty helpful flow chart I'm sure someone will be posting soon
