Help with HRM setup

I recently got a hand me down Polar FT7 from a friend of mine. I've went in and changed his information to mine (age/sex/weight/height) but am not finding a way to set the resting heart rate. I have used a Polar RS300X sd in the past, and when setting it up it, I set my resting heart rate. I'm not sure if since this new one isn't new, if I need to do something different, or if it just doesn't do that.

    I haven't seen this feature on my ft4. You may have downgraded from your previous model to get the FT7, sorry

    Try going to the polar website and watch their video for the setup of your style of watch. If nothing else, they have a forum on their website that I'm sure you can find help.
