Vegetarian Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza

Low carb Cauliflower Pizza base.

I used a medium size Cauliflower - 495 grams when grounded to powder.

1 medium size Cauliflower
1 egg
100g Mozzarella Cheese.

Method - cut off florets place into blender & blend to powder, then place Cauliflower into microwave for 5 minutes.
Place cooked Cauliflower onto a clean tea towel wrap it & twist each end to ring out all the moisture.

Place Cauliflower , egg & mozzarella into a mixing bowl and mix until it's firm enough to make a ball.

Place some grease proof paper onto an oven proof tray and place Cauliflower mix onto it, make it any shape you want.

Place in the oven for around 30 minutes at 180c ( mine took 35 minutes) until golden.

Toppings I used.

Quorn pieces 100 g
Baby plum tomatoes 56 g
White close cup mushrooms 60 g
Spinach 30 g
100 grams Mozzarella to sprinkle on top.
Oregano herbs.

I also added to the Cauliflower mix Garlic Mill.
