To do this properly, you should aim to get in an appropriate amount of calories every day, not as little as possible. So you don't have to look out for low calorie foods, and there's not even any such thing - smaller amounts, of any food, is fewer calories. You can eat anything you like, nothing is off limits. You can snack on any food, just as you can eat any food for a meal. In fact, a varied diet of foods from all the food groups, is healthy. What do you like? Log it and eat it and hit your calorie goal.

Baked sweet potatoes, veggie spring rolls, shirataki noodles, Dr. Praeger's veggie burgers, spinach, some frozen waffles, vegetable soup, rice crackers, carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, oatmeal, kefir, berries, fruit popsicles, coconut, steamed, vegetable dumplings, vegetable tamales, cauliflower crust pizza

Cooking with water instead of oil is helpful. I would also recommend eating oatmeal for breakfast because it keeps you full for a really long time.
