All from Lidl:

1. Skyr Vanilla Yogurt
2. Lidl Raisins pack
3. Banana
4. 10g Walnuts (crushed)

and not from Lidl - 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Chocolate whey protein.

Mix it all together in a bowl... Lovely!

Approx 500 calories (depending on weight of banana).

Weigh walnuts and banana.
