Hi you lovely lot.
well i'm giving calorie counting a go, as i've exhausted every other diet!!!
i. we'd minimum of 3 stone off for my new hip and to get my life back!
Sny help hints & tips will be great fully received?
I struggle with portion control, always seem to be hungry!
Adore cooking and baking need to liven up my menu slightly???
I'm 45, 3 grown up kids and one granddaughter.
Recently had to give up work due to arthritis in both hips & knees.
really need motivation to get this weight off.

    Welcome! Have you heard about volume eating? The basic idea is that some people enjoy the feeling of being full, so when dieting, they look for high-volume low-calorie foods that give them that feeling but still allow them to stick to their calorie goal. Things like vegetables are high-volume and low-calorie, but so are things like popcorn.
