It sounds better than alfalfa sprouts in soup, as mentioned in OP. I only use them in salads and on sandwiches. I guess if you've got a good mixer that will really pulverize them, you could toss them in smoothies (if they didn't get chopped up fine, I would fine the texture off-putting).0
