Just logged back into MFP after a long absence from an exercise routine. My weight has steadily gone up for the last year or two, and I now weigh more than I ever have. I am 5'0" 38 years old and weigh approx 135 lbs. My average weight used to be 105-115 lbs. Other than currently not having a regular exercise schedule and age, I really don't understand why I continue to gain weigh. I don't over-eat, and sometimes probably don't eat enough. This morning was a typical breakfast of coffee, multi-grain toast and peanut butter. Lunch is usually veggies and rice with tea. Dinner is probably my downfall. I either skip dinner or eat something like buttered toast or a bowl of cereal. So, I hope to learn from all of you and get back in shape.
