Ugh Starbucks is the devil. The fact that they have drinks that have the same caloric density as one of my meals AND no real nutrients for those calories is so irritating to me. So far I've been able to avoid Starbucks just because of that fact. I've seen several pins on Pinterest of people who have come up with lower calorie, lower sugar, healthier versions of Starbucks drinks that you can make at home! I would check those out if I were you because you can save on the unnecessary carbs AND some money! Win win!2

A tall (12oz) LIGHT caramel frap is 100 calories. A venti (24oz) is 190 calories. It’s defiantly worth trying.1
