Hurricane Irma and Relocating

My husband and I along with my daughter and her family have had to relocate during Hurricane Irma. The challenge is what to eat! I've struggled with fast food, snacks, etc.! I've tried to choose things for snacks like peanuts and popcorn. Potato chips are my downfall! Stress eating is real!!!

    Tell me about it! I gained 30 pounds that way. Maybe try rice cakes or dry cereal? Baked chips? Keep trying to stick with things. I don't know how you're even able to come close to sticking with any plan right now. My thoughts are with you!

    If you are craving salt, then it's your adrenals tweaking... cortisol must be through the roof. Do you have access to some really good natural salt (like pink Himalayan sea salt)? 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mixed with 4 oz water as soon as you get up will help the salt cravings and keep you feeling more grounded.
